Choose from one of our four affordable produce baskets:
Family Basket - This basket is for medium to large families (3-4 individuals), and for small families who cook frequently. Also a good choice to share with a neighbor or another small family. ($40.75 plus delivery)There is NO contract and you may choose to receive a different size as a trial basis. If you are having company one week and would like a larger amount of produce, then just order a larger basket!
Standing Order: Most customers choose to receive their produce baskets weekly. However, the option to receive every other week delivery is also available.
Membership: There is a one-time $25 membership fee, payable in advance.
Payments: We accept cash, checks, money orders, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) or you may choose to pay online using any of these credit cards, or PayPal.
Terms: Payments for delivery are due in advance. A statement of your account is attached to your basket each week. You can pay weekly or you may pay in any denomination, we’ll keep track for you. You can give your payment to the driver, mail it in or we can set up a reoccurring payment on your credit card (usually about the 15th of each month).
Never Sends: You can customize your weekly baskets based on what is available. This is useful for those who are less adventurous and want to ensure that they will use every bit of our wonderful produce. Items that you are sure you will never want to receive can be selected as "never send" items. A "Never Send" tells us to automatically substitute that product with one that you would enjoy.
The benefit of this is that you don't have to be active in customizing your weekly baskets to only receive items that you like. The disadvantage is that substitutions will be made based on availability and manager discretion, but will ALWAYS be items that you have deemed OK to send.
Please view our list of produce. Members can notify us at any time of any "never sends" that they would like us to know about.
Skips: Items that you regularly enjoy, but need to skip for a week. For example, your favorite neighbor brought over a basketful of plums-and plums are scheduled to be in your basket this week. Not to worry, just let us know that you need to “skip” them this week.
Vacations: If you plan to go on vacation, or know you are going to be out of town for any given week you can let us know the delivery date that you would like to have cancelled during of your absence.
Other Items: These grocery items can be added to your weekly basket by either a "standing order" or one time purchase. For example, you can have a "standing order" for delivery of a dozen eggs weekly, every other week, or you can add them to your order as needed.
Either way, we encourage you to take advantage of what products the Valley has to offer.
Note: A $5 dollar delivery charge will be added to orders under $25 dollars. If ordered with a basket this delivery charge is waived.
Delivery Days: We currently deliver 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday. Your delivery day will be assigned to you once an account manager has activated your account. You will be informed of your delivery date by either phone or email.
